The mills on the Kolpa river have long since stopped grinding, but the Kolpa Regional Park still attracts many visitors. They do not come to the land of white birches that grow amongst a carpet of fern and the land of Saint George’s Day celebrations by chance, but intentionally to enjoy the beauty, hospitality and culinary delights of the Bela krajina region.
